Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
Assist customers with account-related transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Provide accurate information about the bank's products and services, including interest rates, loan options, and account fees.
Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
