Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs and requests are met in a timely manner.
Maintain the front desk area clean and organized, including the lobby and reception area.
Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
Assist in scheduling and securing front desk staff.
Handling cash and credit transfers, and balancing the cash register daily.
Prepare and submit reports on front desk operations and performance.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve front desk operations.
