ADA experience
High school / GED required.
2+ years of experience in employee relations and/or human resources
Experience in administering reasonable accommodation requests and an understanding of ADA.
Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
HR related experience a plus.
Additional Duties
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with colleagues regarding their Reasonable Accommodation request. Maintain confidentiality. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have multitasking skills to manage outbound calls while documenting information received and handling case tasks which may include sending letters to colleagues who have disengaged from the interactive process.
