Hybrid/Remote Position
As a Director, Commercial Sales you will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for Commercial Sales Managers and their direct reports, ultimately furthering the growth of our organization. This role impacts one of the largest lines of business in the company, ultimately bringing a proven product to a multi-billion dollar market.

What You’ll Do:
- Forecast performance based on team productivity
- Hire, oversee, and train a team of Commercial Sales Managers
- Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success
- Develop and monitor effective outbound prospecting strategies to increase customer acquisition
- Evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement and surface best-practices
- Provide regular and accurate revenue forecasting to your leadership team
- Cross-collaborate with stakeholder departments to actualize on go-to-market strategies, develop training curriculum, and meet hiring goals
Who You Are:
- Experienced in 6+ years of hi-tech, cycle direct sales
- Able to accurately forecast team performance
- Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management
- Proven in overseeing an first-line managers in all areas of the sales cycle
- Customer-centric with a strong track record of developing satisfied customers
- Successful in working cross-functionally, leveraging strong organizational and time management expertise
