Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
- Manage the company's digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and grow in their roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and client services, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and regularly report to executive leadership on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources in a way that maximizes impact and ROI
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent with the company's overall messaging and positioning
Experience
5 - 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media
- 5 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment, with a deep understanding of target audience needs and behavior
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners or vendors
