- Develop and implement project control systems, including scheduling, cost estimation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish realistic project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and deviations from project plans, offering proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
- Manage change control processes to ensure modifications align with project objectives and are appropriately documented.
- Foster collaboration among project teams to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advise the various business leads and project managers on correctives actions for issues, risks and recovery plans.
- Prepare monthly analysis and reports on expenditure, progress, commitments, budget performance and schedule performance.
