Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar power generation projects, from initial planning and development through to execution and completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed upon parameters.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all project tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Prepare and submit RFIs, manage contracts, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the renewable energy industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
• Proven experience in managing utility-scale renewable power generation projects, specifically PV Solar.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and budget management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
