Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
- Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies which could impact the digital commerce field.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports.
- Enhance user experience by working on SEO and CRO.
- Collaborate with developers to improve website speed.
- Work with the marketing and sales department in planning and managing campaigns.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Conduct a competitor and customer analysis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need
- A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the ecommerce space.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce specialist or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of ecommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO, CRO and ecommerce channel sales.
- Strong understanding of web design and web analytic software.
- Experience in marketing and promotional activities.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
