Client Introduction:
In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.
Job Description:
- Report progress and system health through metrics and KPIs that are riskdriven and operational in nature.
- Addresses ticket queue and follow appropriate change management procedures.
- Effectively communicate issues/risks options pros/cons and recommendations
- Respond to SOC team and participate in incident response efforts.
- Troubleshooting EDR Management Server and Agents issues.
- Daily EDR Health Check and reporting the status to EDR Sr. Admin and SOC Lead.
