Job Description
- Develop clear training and development strategy aligned with the entity's objectives and mission.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in learning and development, and apply them to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse range of training programs that cater to the needs of various departments and employees.
- Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and competency requirements within the workforce and tailor training initiatives accordingly.
- Provide guidance and resources to employees for individual career development and growth opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- UAE National with Family Book
- 8+ years of experience in a Learning & Development, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
