Job Description
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to respond to ad-hoc project requests, establishing robust frameworks and developing business cases for recommendation to leadership
- Facilitate and guide Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Ensure the effective implementation of Scrum principles and practices as defined within the PMO
- Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment that promotes continuous improvement, efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and remove impediments / roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring its prioritisation and refinement
- Track project progress, maintain burndown charts and other relevant metrics
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in agile project management, using this knowledge to coach and mentor team members on best practice processes
