Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the cluster.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the cluster, collaborating with business units to develop financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide insights into key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Internal Controls:
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess control effectiveness and mitigate financial risks.
- Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and other statutory requirements across the cluster.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings accurately and on time.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and initiatives that support business growth and profitability objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the finance team and across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
- Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or completed CA Inter.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
