Job Description: Civil Surveyor

Location: UAE

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Civil Engineering.
  
• Extensive experience in Topographical Survey Hydro graphic Survey GIS GPS etc.
  

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant surveying roles.

Nationality: South Indian

Salary: As per company policies and candidates experience.

Responsibilities:

• Topographical Survey: Conduct topographical surveys to gather data on land elevations contours and features.
  
• Hydrographic Survey: Perform hydro graphic surveys to measure and map underwater features such as water depths and submerged structures.
  
• GIS (Geographic Information Systems): Utilize GIS software to analyze and visualize spatial data collected during surveys.
  
• GPS (Global Positioning System): Use GPS equipment to determine accurately and record geographical coordinates during surveying activities.
  
• Data Collection: Collect and record survey data using various instruments and techniques ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Data Processing: Process and analyze survey data to generate maps charts and reports for project planning and development.
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of survey data by adhering to established standards and protocols.
  
• Project Coordination: Coordinate surveying activities with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to support project objectives.
  
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to surveying activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Surveying Techniques: Proficiency in topographical and hydro graphic surveying techniques.
  
• GIS Software: Experience with GIS software for spatial data analysis and mapping.
  
• GPS Technology: Familiarity with GPS equipment and techniques for precise positioning.
  
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret survey data to support project planning and decisionmaking.
  
• Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying survey findings to stakeholders.
  
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data.
  
• ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills to address technical challenges encountered during surveying activities.
