This vital position will be under the direct supervision of the ReadyMix Operations Director involves developing and implementing operational strategies effectively while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify attendance of plant personnel
  
• Assess the performance and dynamics of truck mixer drivers and operators.
  
• Organize personnel leave schedules.
  
• Compile data for initiatives and presentations.
  
• Analyze gathered data.
  
• Monitor expenditure.
  
• Supervise the preparation of ISO and DCL documents.
  
• Allocate manpower and equipment resources.
  
• Track plant productivity and efficiency.
  
• Assess the status of batch plants.
  
• Evaluate and revise the daily production plan.
  
• Review records in the production logbook.
  
• Confirm the availability and status of raw materials.
  
• Identify any new requirements for raw materials.
  
• Manage the ordering process for raw materials.
  
• Maintain control over materials.
  
• Supervise physical inventory counts.
  
• Monitor the availability and productivity of truck mixers.
  
• Track the performance and movements of truck mixer deliveries.
  
• Order Taking Delivery and Dispatch Management
  

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in English required (proficiency in Hindi & Arabic advantageous).
  
• Extensive experience in the ReadyMix Concrete Industry.
  
• Comprehensive grasp of concrete production systems and the quality of raw materials.
  
• Wellversed in Plant Safety Rules and Regulations.
  
• Acquainted with various construction processes and equipment.
  
• Skilled in operating batch plants water treatment facilities truck mixers pumps and placing booms.
  
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Knowledgeable about internal and external customer needs and expectations.
  
• Strong leadership abilities proficient in guiding and effectively communicating with operational staff.
  
• Adept at managing unexpected situations and emergencies.
  
• Superior problemsolving and analytical capabilities.
  
• Exceptional talent in managing people adept at leading diverse teams.
  
• Methodical and detailoriented approach.
  
• Adheres to ethical standards and institutional policies.
