Roles & Responsibilities
1- Staff Management:
- Supervise and manage household staff, which includes housekeepers, cooks, drivers, and gardeners.
- Create schedules and efficiently assign tasks .
- Communicate the MENU PLAN to the cook as instructed by the Owner.
2- Housekeeping:
- Ensure the cleanliness of all areas within the house, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Household Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and maintain household systems.
3- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities .
