Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development
    • Presents innovative ideas and concepts to shape and enhance specialized sales and marketing training.
    • Works with the business and IT to identify and deliver technology initiatives to deliver e-learning solutions & other training requirements.
    • Works with executive leadership to drive new learning imperatives that deliver results.
    • Uses data to help executive leadership determine accurate training and employee development options.
    • Serves as organization representative on cross-functional teams that may include executives.
  • Project Management
    • Works independently with senior executives and managers to collaborate on projects, create solution proposals, present and collect information, and execute based on a set plan.
    • Able to take complex projects and/or issues and provide simplified solutions for cross-functional teams to carry out.
    • Performs administrative duties to support the progress and completion of overarching projects and initiatives.
    • Comfortable working within a high pressure, fast paced environment with quick-turn deadlines.
  • Needs Analysis
    • Works with executives, managers, subject matter experts & end-users to determine & document learning objectives.
  • Content Development
    • Proactively identifies existing sources of content and/or facilitates the development of new learning content.
    • Identifies the appropriate subject matter expert(s) to teach the content/course.
    • Manages the sourcing strategy and deployment of external/supplier training.
    • Oversees supplier and subject matter expert deliverables for course creation and maintenance.
  • Learning Management
    • Uses a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training content, track course attendance, establish learning pathways, and measure training successes.
    • Collects, organizes and provides metrics that quantify training’s value and impact.
    • Manages cost imperatives and analysis of current and future training initiatives.
    • Manages attendance, facilitator preparation, and course feedback for both classroom and virtual trainings.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting a Sales and/or Marketing organization.
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
  • Experience project managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects.
  • Experience building and leading training efforts within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Proactively works with minimal direction to complete complex tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related Training or Enablement applications.
  • Experience working with Panopto or a video content management tool.
  • Experience working with Litmos, Degreed, and other Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience working with Perceptyx, Qualtrics, or another advanced survey tool.

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
