Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cards and Payments Merchant acquiring processes and value add services.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, perform feasibility assessment with coordination from Solution architects.
Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance etc. including Development and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Acquiring processes, including troubleshooting issues and implementing bug fixes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Payments Acquiring for POS and E-commerce merchants.
