Fruite Picker

Responsibilities

• Perform fruit picking duties within designated orchards
• Inspect fruit for ripeness and quality, ensuring only the best fruit is harvested
• Properly handle and sort fruit to minimize damage and bruising
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Meet daily production targets
• Participate in training and development programs as required
  

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and precision
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Previous experience in fruit picking or agricultural work is an asset
