We at LEO International HR Consultancy are seeking a Construction Manager for our Construction client in UAE. This is a wellknown company for its Industrial design supply erection testing and commissioning with more than 40 years of experience
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects ensuring that they are completed safely on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets and expenses tracking costs and making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards promoting a safe working environment for all workers. Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods techniques and regulations.
