Maintain the discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures
Collect all necessary and reliable information from the customer to support evaluation and assessment on damaged vehicle
Evaluate and assess customer’s damaged vehicle and prepare estimation report provided with list of repair, labour cost and other necessary expenses
Exercise care with customer property while it is under the organization's control or being used by the organization
Verify reliability of product or parts information in the Audatex System
Coordinate with insurance company to finalize estimates based from the result of survey on the damaged vehicle
Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
