Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of project activities against the baseline schedule, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain project continuity.
Earned Value Management: Implement earned value techniques to measure project performance in terms of cost and schedule deviation, forecast future performance, and recommend corrective actions where appropriate.
Change Management: Evaluate the impact of changes to project scope, schedule, or resources, and update the project schedule as appropriate while minimizing disruptions.
