The Executive for On Demand Sales plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of on-demand products or services. This position involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of on-demand offerings. The executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Sales Strategy & Planning
Identifying sales opportunities
Identifying and generating leads
Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound calls – Cold & warm calling
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for on-demand products or services.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to set sales targets and objectives.
Customer / Client Engagement
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
Proactively reaches out to potential clients and leads to promote on-demand offerings.
Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations to address specific requirements.
Product Knowledge & Reporting
Acquire in-depth knowledge of on-demand products or services, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
Routing qualified leads to Business Development team by initiating appointments.
Maintaining all reports on cold calling /follow-ups.
Relationships & Negotiations
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address post-sales support and service requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns or objections.
Close sales deals and ensure successful contract execution.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
