Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Workday Functional Analyst to join one of Canada's largest athleisure companies on a 12-month, 100% remote contract.
The purpose of bring this person on is to help in the partnership with the People & Culture's compensation team, P&C Product Managers, and technology groups to optimize the compensation program for employees globally.
The project will be a mid-year and year-end compensation cycle which will include things like mid-year promotions, merit increases, and market adjustments.
Requirements:
3-5 years in a Functional Analyst/Consultant position specializing in compensation
3+ years of Workday experience
