Qualifications For The Executive Sales Director
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in sales leadership within the food industry
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong knowledge of food industry products, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
