- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Proven experience in managing utility-scale renewable power generation projects, specifically PV Solar.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and budget management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
