Job Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee quality inspections and tests on machining and gear components and assemblies, using advanced tools and equipment
- Analyze test data and generate quality reports, identifying any non-conformities or defects, and recommending solutions
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation, following ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant regulations
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for any quality issues, using structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D, DMAIC, etc.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering and manufacturing teams on quality-related matters, such as design reviews, process validations, risk assessments, etc.
