Oversee overall project performance, improvement plans and team performance.
Submit HSE Inspection plan and SRA audit plans quarterly for approval and ensuring quality of the inspection/audit reports as per QA/ QC contract requirements.
Review reports submitted through compliance system.
Conduct incident investigations and submit investigation report.
Follow up for action plan implementation.
Propose improvement plans/modification plans to stakeholders.
Plan and conduct weekly project progress meetings.
Monitor, assess and report project team performance against KPIs to Operations Manager.
Monitor, assess and report the performance of sub-contractor’s resources / activities to Operations Manager.
Prepare, submit and get approval of proposals for additional tasks out of the contract scope for implementation and invoicing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
8+ years of health and safety experience including management experience.
Holding UAE driving license.
Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards, and compliance/auditing techniques.
Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to change – committed to continuous personal and professional development.
