Job Description
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include-
- Reporting directly to the management accountant
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Month end supplier reconciliation
- Assisting with audit requirements
- Processing employee expenses
- High volume invoices daily
- Ensure invoices are coded and inputted correctly
- Weekly payment runs and remittances
- Managing the cash flow efficiently
To be successful you will have previous experience as a purchase ledger in a fast paced environment, be used to processing a large number of invoices daily as well as being a good communicator, a team player and able to hit the ground running - Though systems and process training will be provided.
