We are seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of consumer insights strategies that will help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with market research methodologies and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of consumer insights strategies that will drive business growth
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Analyze consumer data to identify trends and provide insights
- Develop and maintain consumer segmentation models to help target marketing efforts
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS
- Experience with survey design and analysis
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
