Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the design and analysis of power networks, preferably in the offshore wind sector.
- In-depth knowledge of power systems modelling, simulation software, and relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Proven ability to work on multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to approach challenges from a holistic perspective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to offshore sites and other project locations as required.
