Operation Administrator

• Maintain and update records and databases of the organization's operations
• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Manage inventory and supplies for the office and coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
• Prepare and present reports on the organization's operations to the executive team
• Assist with event planning and organization for conferences, seminars, and other events hosted by the organization
• Provide administrative support to the executive team and handle any other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in administrative or operations role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
