We are seeking a vibrant, professional Executive Chef to lead our BOH team, with upscale dining, ala carte, and banquet experience. The location is Wolfeboro, NH.
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Professional, take-charge Chef who can express their artistry by creating seasonal menus
- Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining, banquets, and special events
- Some corporate restaurant experience is preferred for systems and hotel or event venue banquet experience is a plus with the heart of an entrepreneur
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 2 years + Executive Chef experience
- Ability to work closely with ownership and manage a high volume kitchen
- Business acumen and experience with P & L, but with a hands-on leadership style
- Strong leadership ability and success leading seasonal teams
Executive Chef Benefits:
- Base compensation of $70,000 to $80,000, seasonal hours, an average of 50 hours per week
