Senior SAP Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 + years of IT project management, especially with creating deliverables outlined above
• 6+ Years of Technical and non-technical project management, Executive presentation (written and verbal), Senior stakeholder management, oriented with a track record of getting things done under tight deadlines and limited resources.
• 4+ years of SAP / ERP experience
• Prior experience of managing a SAP implementation in any government organization in northern emirates.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, O365, Planview.
• Ability to manage committed deadlines/implementation commitments.
• Ability to hold business and technical team members accountable for commitments.
• Superior communication skills across all levels (team to executive).
• The senior PM should have experience coordinating/working in a matrix environment, be able to provide a roll-up of status and metric reporting, have strong issue management skills, and have experience defining roles and responsibilities on projects to bring clarity on the accountability of work across team members.
• Excellent Communication in Arabic – oral and written.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Demonstratable resource estimating skills, resource time and project budget tracking.
