Job Description
- Conduct Surveys and Inspect insured clients damaged vehicle and damage to third party vehicles and property
- Arranges for repair estimates and assesses the loss, negotiates with garages and arrives at the Loss repairable or replaceable
- Prepares Survey Reports in sufficient details as per company procedures
- Negotiates skillfully with all Agencies to reduce the cost of repair
- Maintains contact with appointed vehicle repair garages
- Update self-knowledge about the technical details of new vehicles in the market & technology to repair such vehicles and about the capabilities of garage agency
- Liaisons with garage, agency & customers and maintain good & fair relationship authorities delegated
- Follows up and performs any other job related duties requested by Management.
