The Lead Electrical Engineer will be a part of Corporate Engineering function, A Lead Professional position is a recognized subject matter expert in a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. You will Lead large projects or processes of complex scope, with limited oversight from manager
You will Coach, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals
You will Assist in the development of operational plan and implements for areas of assigned responsibilities
You will Identify continuous improvement/automation activities
You will Determine the method of research for the planning, design development and testing of electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
You will help support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Heavy Machines, AutoCadE, Manufacturing experience is a MUST (Automotive industry is a plus)

Must haves: Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Significant Experience in Ladder Logic, Safety PLC programming, and HMI design Experience in Allen Bradley software Studio/RS Logix 5000, FactoryTalk View Studio, and RSLinx Classic/OEM. MUST HAVE A BSEE DEGREE.
Nice to haves: Experience in Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry is a plus also Project Management experience, working with Heavy Machines, AutoCad E.
