Front Desk Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front desk services
• 2+ years experience in a full-service or resort
• All aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations
• Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
• Maintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
