Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics

Assess and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to improve and support student success.
Ability to teach a variety of specialized courses and other courses related to the specialty of dietetics.
Participate in high-quality research and publish the results in scientific journals of high reputation and standing.
Support and participate in curriculum development and course management in accordance with university and college standards.
Contribute effectively to college and university initiatives, and participate in constructive suggestions and projects.
Support and participate in accreditation initiatives at the local and international levels.
Promote student mentoring and guidance to envision their professional future in a local, regional and international context and ensure they are equipped to meet this challenge.
Maintaining student relationships conducive to the learning process.
Initiate and participate in effective community activities to benefit Al Ain University and the local community.

Proven track record of teaching excellence at the university level with over two (2) years of university teaching experience.
Research published in journals indexed in the Scopus database.
