Required Qualifications And Experience

• Post Graduate studies in Business Management with total experience of 12+ years in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare.
• Having at least 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics and Reporting and team handling.
• Strong understanding of FMCG / Consumer Healthcare GTM and well-versed with-sales IT systems namely, Handheld, SFA, DMS, Master Data Management.
• Experience in handling sales IT projects and rolling them out at national level.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize large data points to arrive at actionable insights.
• Proven track record in collaboration, influencing, stakeholder management, project management and execution skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, strong in operations and comfortable with ambiguity.
