- Good level of education, ideally 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English
- Excellent IT Skills and understanding of information systems set-up, data entry and interrogation
- Excellent problem resolution and fault investigation skills
- Experience of dealing with confidential information
Desirable
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) qualification for service-desk management
- In depth knowledge of applications, ideally in a healthcare environment, acquired through diploma level training or demonstrable equivalent experience

- Previous experience in an equivalent industry and/or service delivery environment of at least one year
- Experience holding a customer service role and/or IT support position of at least one year
