Qualifications
- RN License CO and Colorado Nurse Compact License.
- BSN degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NICU.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory agencies and accreditation standards.
- Ability to manage staffing levels and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to provide education and training to nursing staff.
