• Responsible for generating a healthy flow of clients and project.
  
• To identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  
• seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, generate leads and to secure new clientele.
  
• Ensure that a relationship database is regularly updated with lead generation and sales conversion
  
• Strategize and implement various traditional and out-of-the-box sales strategies to hit targets and quotas.
  
• Able to manage multiple accounts and maintain a good relationship to meet sales target.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a sales hunter.
  
• Demonstrated track record in overachieving or exceeding sales target
  
• Good consultative selling, negotiation and prospecting skills
  
• Candidates with B2B sales background are highly preferred
