Seeking a Project Administrator for a leading energy construction company based in Weymouth, MA.

The ideal candidate has 2 years experience in the administrative or accounting field. Prior experience with payroll and billing is highly preferred. You are highly motivated and self-directed. Related industry experience within energy construction or utilities is highly desired.

What you will do:
This position supports the Operations department in administrative and project management capacities. This role will be a point of contact for the Project Managers.

Enter Payroll and Equipment for Unit Contracts/Lump Sum Projects.
Track and ensure that all payroll is accounted for and reviewed.
Create WIP (Work in Progress) reports to review any outstanding or duplicate WIP.
Enter and review unit sheets. Track and ensure all unit sheets are accounted for and entered.
Track all billing that is received from partner companies. Ensure that sheets have the necessary information for Accounts Receivable to invoice and submit to the customer.
Create and review Cost vs. Revenue Reports with Project Manager and Superintendent.
Ensure end of the month cost and revenue is correct and review with Project Manager and Direct Supervisor.
Prepare and track mark outs, including refreshing mark outs as needed.
Create badges as needed.
Ensure all cost is assigned to the correct job.


Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in a related field preferred.
Strong computer skills including web-based applications and MS Office (particularly Excel) required.
Must have strong analytical, organizational, verbal, written, and communications skills.
Must be able to work on a team, with various partners from start to finish.
ViewPoint experience a plus.
