- To execute the Digital Performance Marketing strategy for GEMS Education and individual GEMS schools by planning, implementing, measuring and optimising digital marketing campaigns across paid-search, paid-social, display, affiliate and paid partnership channels, to impact brand awareness and lead generation.
- To maintain a robust digital analytics tracking and reporting framework to ensure all digital marketing efforts are measurable and reports are available on-demand to gain deep insight on digital performance, customer behaviour and evaluate business impact.
- To monitor all marketing and sales data & data pipeline, regularly report to the business and identify insights, challenges and opportunities to drive business decisions.
The position requires a unique blend of digital performance marketing & analytics background, combined with hunger for data-driven insights and actions & excellent communication & presentation skills.
Digital Performance Marketing
- Execute the digital marketing strategy against performance targets, in line with the overarching marketing strategy, focusing on digital customer acquisition and conversion to support sales targets.
- Launch and monitor Digital Marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate and Partner channels.
- Drive execution of digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including audience segmentation & targeting, media and channel planning, content/creative planning (alongside the Marketing Management Team), campaign launch, monitoring, active optimisation and reporting.
- Monitor, assess and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns by analysing key performance indicators (e.g. traffic / clicks, CTR, lead-generation rate, sales conversion rate etc.) on a daily basis in order to ensure visibility on the business impact.
- Ensure campaign creative and content follows best-practices and is optimised for each platform while maintaining brand and message consistency.
- Create digital campaign plans quarterly, monthly, or on demand
- Weekly review of campaign reports from agency and lead internal meetings to review with Marketing colleagues
- Create internal campaign report decks to report to internal teams and internal customers
- Monitor and Manage campaign spend vs budgets
- Manage audience segments and export audience lists
- Manage internal approval processes
