Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor as they enter the beauty lounge.
Schedule and manage the appointments using Shortcuts, Phorest platform or other booking system.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients.
Manage client check-in and check-out efficiently, processing payment as required.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
