Recruitment Intern

Linked4HR is a leading HR solution provider in Interim Placement HR Consulting Recruitment HR Systems and Training.

We are seeking for a highly motivated Recruitment Intern. Your role will be to support our Recruitment team working with our different clients inquiries shortlist and interview candidates and take part in the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the shortlisting of candidates for given positions.
• Assist with screening and interviewing of the candidates.
• Participate in the scheduling of interviews and feedback to candidates.
• Support the recruitment team in posting the job vacancies on job boards and social media.
• Assist with the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal database.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors/Masters program or a recent graduate with a major in Human Resources or relevant field (a degree is not required).
• Be passionate by recruitment and Human Resources in general.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite and Keynote.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Be extremely organized detailoriented and demonstrate proactivity.
• Possess strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Location

• Dubai or Hybrid.
