Merchandising Leader

• Lead and oversee the development and execution of a marketing and merchandising strategy that meets business goals
• Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for merchandising and category expansion
• Lead a team of Merchandisers in developing exciting product line plans that meet customer needs and industry standards
• Monitor product performance in order to optimize inventory, pricing, and product mix
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to facilitate product selection, pricing, and order fulfillment
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments such as Operations, IT, and Marketing
• Develop and maintain product training materials to ensure staff compliance with merchandising policies
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or e-commerce
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop merchandising strategies based on data-driven insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
