-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when requiredGreet, assist and/or direct visitorsReceive,
direct and relay telephone messages and fax messagesMaintain an adequate inventory of office supplies especially letterheads etcPerform other related duties as required
Candidate with please personality and good communication skills. Proficient in MS office. Prior experience in front office coordination for 1-2 years is preferred.
