About the Role:
The IT Sourcing Specialist will assist the talent acquisition team and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Recruiting partners to design, calibrate and execute sourcing plans appropriate for to meet goals including building a healthy talent pipeline
- Use online platforms, social media networks and different US job portals ( Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, ) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Interact with professionals on niche platforms
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position s requirements
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Log candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
Qualifications:
- Heavy experience in sourcing candidates from high-quality industry or niche-focused roles for at least 3 years
- Experience in a similar or related function in a RPO is an advantage
- With LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- Background in sourcing technical roles such as those focused on SaaS and/or Cloud-based roles
- Excellent English communication skills and comprehension
- With advanced knowledge of Boolean search strings and search engines and different US job portals
- Familiar with searching for US candidates contact info using various strategies
- Administrative duties such as putting together template, reporting, managing ATS
- Willingness to learn new tech platforms
- Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
- Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Applies sense and logic in executing tasks and when dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines
