You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Assistant Manager, Reservations you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Reservations in managing the daily operations. You should be a continuous source of information to help and assist all the guests & colleagues in their needs, as well as replying to all incoming correspondence promptly. You will train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints.
About You
Ideally, we would love you to have a Bachelors’ degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a call center or reservations environment within a similar capacity. You should be c omfortable talking and engaging with guests over the telephone and have a passion for customer service.
