Job Description

- Visits customers/potential customers in the field to sell products, follows-up on previous sales calls.
- Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets.
- Visits consultants and generate specifications for existing and new products.
- Create new business opportunities through various sources.
- Follows-up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure payments are collected within the approved credit period and terms
- Ensures that maximum products are sold to each customers allocated.
- Brings-in new customers and regularize the credit status based on the merit.
- Monitoring of inventory to ensure timely supply of ordered products/services.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Negotiates prices, deliveries, specification with customers
- Prepares quotations.
- Suggests and implements action plan to improve sales volume.
- Oversee and verify invoices before sending it to accounts department.
- Address issues relating to pricing, customer complaints, delivery of goods/service
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
